The process of healing, whether expressed verbally or nonverbally shares a commonality. Both beckon us towards self-discovery and self-renewal within the culture of relationship. While engaged in the creative experience, we cultivate possibility and change. Here, we risk knowing and being known. Through a consistent experience of being heard and seen, self-judgment can be observed and released. Within a calmer and more resourceful sense of self, we have freedom to recognize the inherently creative and joyful process of being ever more ourselves.
